How do I get started?

Simply choose your plan and start your free 7-day trial! Upon joining, you'll receive login instructions via email.

How long are the workouts?

On average, 20-30 minutes, with the option to filter workouts by time, from quick 10-minute hits to longer 40-minute sessions.

Do I need equipment?

Most workouts are equipment-free with bodyweight training only. There is the option to add light hand weights or ankle weights for that extra bit of challenge! Head to our Shop to browse Barre Definition equipment.

Where do I start as a beginner?

The pathway we recommend is to start with our 28-day Beginner program, then complete the 90-day Barre plan. This will equip you with foundational flexibility, mobility, strength and confidence! From here, join in on our monthly challenges that act as your ‘continuity program’—to keep you motivated and progressing.

Head straight to the 90-day Barre program; a full-body, all-encompassing workout plan. Then, join in the monthly challenges to keep your training fresh, challenging and fun!

How do your monthly challenges work?

All Barre Definition plans come with access to the monthly challenges. They are new monthly workout plans with daily 30-minute sessions.

If you're not feeling the day’s workout, you can explore the library and filter classes based on time, workout style, body part—and even mood.
