I'm A Beginner, Where Do I Start?
For true beginners I recommend starting with the 28 day beginner plan before starting the 90 day full body definition program or the monthly challenges. (I program these monthly challenges myself for you to do alongside our community, think of this as your 'continuity program' after you complete the foundational 90 day plan) 🙂
