I'm A Beginner, Where Do I Start?

For true beginners I recommend starting with the 28 day beginner plan before starting the 90 day full body definition program or the monthly challenges. (I program these monthly challenges myself for you to do alongside our community, think of this as your 'continuity program' after you complete the foundational 90 day plan) 🙂

What's Your Weekly Schedule?

Our Weekly Schedule is your daily workout plan. I set up a series of videos for you to do each day, typically a warm up, main workout and optional cool down. To make it fun, each month has a special theme and challenge. This is for you if you want to avoid decision fatigue and be confident you're getting a perfectly balanced workout plan, every single day. ❤️we plan a challenge with a theme ItThink of the monthly challenges as your continuity program to do after you complete the 90 day, I program these challenges myself every month for you to do alongside our community to keep it fresh, challenging & fun. If you're not feeling the workout sequence I choose for any day, you can filter classes based on time, workout style, body part, & mood. 🙂
