As a former ballerina and NBA dancer, I spent years training my body to move with precision and strength. But after leaving the dance world, I struggled to find a fitness routine. Everything felt either too intense, too rigid, or just... uninspiring.
That’s why I created Barre Definition—a method designed specifically for women who want to sculpt, strengthen, and move with purpose, without the stress of high-impact workouts. My goal is to help you build long, lean muscles, improve your posture, and feel empowered in every movement—all while enjoying workouts that leave you feeling energized, not exhausted.
